As part of a large-scale smart meter rollout program, this role involves orchestrating operations between various stakeholders, harmonizing priorities, and ensuring precise progress monitoring.
What you do
- Liaise between teams involved in various thematic areas.
- Ensure smooth information flow between departments and relevant managers.
- Transmit priorities and operational instructions.
- Monitor the progress of activities: creation of work orders, statuses, blockages, IT developments related to the mission, specific cases, and rejections.
- Produce and manage the backlog of items to be transferred to the service provider as part of the mass deployment.
- Adjust the macro-planning in consultation with the operations supervisor, including rescheduling work orders when necessary.
- Manage and monitor complaints.
- Contribute, with the relevant teams, to the client vision of the macro-planning.
- Participate in technical monitoring and procedure drafting.
- Ensure the monitoring of dashboards, performance indicators, and the continuous improvement plan.
- Provide regular reporting to steering committees and the regulator.
