Profile
- Relevant higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree (e.g., Urban Planning or Spatial Planning), academic working and thinking level.
- Broad knowledge of the physical domain, including its coherence with adjacent policy domains.
- Minimum five years of experience leading complex housing construction or area development projects in a political-administrative environment, preferably within a public organization.
- Experience with strategic policy in a complex political-administrative environment.
- Experience with directing cross-domain themes and the ability to achieve an integrated course and concrete priorities.
- Administrative sensitivity and experience with strategic advising to management and administration, decision-making, and conflicting interests.
- Ability to connect networks, build support, and translate signals from society into policy and strategy.
- Natural authority, a coaching attitude, and a keen sense of roles and responsibilities.
