An organization is looking for an Occupational Physician for secondment. This role is ideal for doctors who wish to apply their expertise in various workplaces and sectors. It is a versatile and dynamic position involving both preventive and curative tasks.
What you will do.
- Perform medical examinations, including periodic check-ups, health screenings, and specific job-related examinations.
- Assess sick leave and advise on return to work, reintegration, and prevention.
- Advise employers on working conditions and the prevention of work-related health issues.
- Guide employees regarding their health and work capacity.
- Ensure clear reports and documentation.
- Develop and implement preventive measures to promote health and safety in the workplace.
- Work in different organizations and quickly adapt to the specific needs of each workplace.
Profile
- Completed medical degree and registration as an Occupational Physician (Physician in Occupational Health).
- Experience as an Occupational Physician is desired, but motivated doctors wishing to specialize in occupational medicine are also invited to apply.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate at all levels, with both employees and employers.
- Flexible, independent, and solution-oriented in a dynamic work environment.
