Phase 1: Assessment (current state).

• Build a complete and reliable picture of how Google services are currently used across the organization (technically, financially, and organizationally).
• Determine which angles matter, identify stakeholders, and uncover what isn't documented anywhere.
• Deliver a current-state assessment that can be trusted as the basis for decisions.

Phase 2: Integration plan (desired state).

• Based on findings, translate the assessment into a concrete, decision-ready plan for how Google Workspace should be positioned and managed within the organization.
• The plan needs to be actionable for IT and understandable for management.
• Provide a clear route from the current state to a properly governed situation.

What they ask

• Experience with Google Workspace implementations or migrations in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Google Admin Console, identity management, and data governance within the Google ecosystem.
• Experience conducting IT assessments and translating findings into actionable plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; know how to engage both IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written).
