An organization is looking for an ICT Analyst to join a cross-functional agile product team that maintains systems used for gas commercial operations, including flow planning, contracting, billing, reporting and B2B message exchanges across transmission, storage and terminal facilities.
What you do
- Collect and examine stakeholder and user needs, then convert them into practical and valuable enhancements for the gas operations software suite
- Prepare and lead stakeholder workshops and one-on-one sessions to surface, refine and validate business requirements
- Model requirements using conceptual artifacts such as use case and activity diagrams and information models, ensuring alignment with the current application architecture
- Work with product teammates to break down requirements into user stories, provide effort estimates, take part in sprint planning and support delivery through standard Agile rituals
- Design and run functional test cases, assist end users during acceptance testing, present demonstrations, deliver training and produce user-facing documentation
- Handle incoming service requests and production incidents from business users, propose corrective actions or improvements and share knowledge to help refine processes
