Within a team responsible for financial information, a Functional Administrator is sought. The objective is to ensure continuity and quality in the functional administration of applications and to determine the ideal profile for future staffing. The assignment offers scope to investigate the balance between financial process knowledge and functional administration expertise.
What you do
- Ensure the proper functioning and continuous improvement of financial information systems
- Act as a link between technology, financial administration
- Perform functional administration of applications such as Centric Financiën 4.0 (Key2Financiën), Cognos
- Be the point of contact for users regarding questions, incidents, and change requests
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional solutions and configurations, with an emphasis on automation
- Guide and test updates, releases, and new functionalities
- Monitor the quality of configuration, processes
- Contribute to improving and optimizing financial work processes and provide advice on them
- Collaborate with colleagues within the finance team, IT
- Document agreements, working methods
What they ask
- Demonstrable work experience with information provision and information management
- Demonstrable work experience with analyzing and automating business-critical processes
- Demonstrable work experience with working with users, key users
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Knowledge of financial processes is a plus, but not a requirement
- Affinity with systems, an analytical view, and an eager-to-learn attitude
- Also suitable for starters who want to develop through a traineeship
Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience in the role of functional administrator of business-critical applications
- Demonstrable work experience with automating business-critical processes at a government organization
- Demonstrable work experience with complex information management issues
