Contract Coordinator

You will be the central point in contracts where an organization takes on the role of Delegated Installation Manager (GIV). Together with specialized Installation Managers in the field, you ensure that clients comply with the strictest safety standards and legislation (NEN 3140). You will work within a department that safeguards the electrotechnical condition of buildings through specialized inspections and advice. You translate contracts and agreements with clients into concrete action plans and schedules.

As an OIV Contract Coordinator, you are the guardian of the electrical safety chain. Together with the OIV project leader and the Installation Manager (IV), you ensure that OIV contracts run smoothly operationally and financially. Thanks to your guidance, clients in market segments such as healthcare, education, government, industry, and infrastructure are assured that the management of their electrotechnical installations is safe and compliant with laws and regulations, such as the ARBO law.

You will have the freedom to further optimize and expand the OIV process.

What you do

  • Set up OIV contracts and assist in drafting specific management, inspection, and maintenance plans.
  • Monitor the execution of the Installation Responsibility contract.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients regarding the status of their electrical safety.
  • Proactively advise clients on necessary repair work following inspections.
  • Manage budgets for inspections and repairs.
  • Prepare quotations and monitor the financial progress of your contracts.
  • Together with the Installation Manager, prepare reports demonstrating that the client is 'in control'.

Profile

  • MBO-4 or HBO diploma. A background in Electrical Engineering and/or project management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of (or willingness to learn everything about) NEN 3140 and the role of Installation Manager.
  • Experience as a work planner or service coordinator, preferably within the inspection or management sector.
  • Communication skills to clearly explain complex safety issues to the client.
  • Accurate, with a keen eye for organization and electrical safety.
  • Finds it challenging to combine technology and legislation.

  • Ample training budget to develop into an expert in contract management and installation responsibility.
  • Much freedom to combine work and private life, including flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.
  • Part of the maintenance Survey and Inspection team.
  • Works in contract teams with a contract manager, contract administrator, service coordinator, and service technicians.
