You are an experienced construction work preparer and available for a new project. You ensure that construction projects are technically and organizationally well-prepared. You maintain an overview, coordinate activities, and ensure that the execution has the correct information, materials, and planning. You are an important link between project management, execution, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Depending on the project, you can be deployed in new construction, renovation, maintenance, or sustainability projects.
What you will do. As a work preparer, you are independently responsible for the preparation and coordination of your activities. You ensure that projects are well-prepared for execution and identify bottlenecks before they affect progress. Your tasks include:
- Technical and organizational preparation of construction projects
- Developing and checking drawings, details, and technical documentation
- Drawing up, maintaining, and monitoring schedules
- Requesting and evaluating offers
- Purchasing and ordering materials and services
- Coordinating suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinating activities with project management and execution
- Identifying and resolving technical and organizational bottlenecks
- Monitoring progress, quality
- Providing a complete and clear handover to execution
- Maintaining project administration and relevant documentation
- Contributing ideas for practical and efficient execution solutions
Profile
You will be deployed at a professional construction organization active in various areas of construction. Depending on the assignment, you will work on new construction, renovation, maintenance, sustainability, or other construction projects. Within the projects, you will collaborate with project managers, executors, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
