An organization is looking for an experienced legal and sourcing professional to support IT-related procurement and contract activities within a public-sector environment. This opportunity focuses on providing legal advisory expertise across software and IT services sourcing, with a strong emphasis on contract management, compliance, and stakeholder support.
What you will do.
- Provide legal and sourcing support for IT software-related procurement and contracting activities.
- Advise on sourcing and contract management matters, ensuring a compliant and well-documented approach.
- Support public-sector procurement processes for software and/or IT services.
- Contribute to assignment execution with a high level of on-site availability as required by the organization.
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in IT legal advisory within sourcing or contract management, specifically in IT/software-related projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public-sector procurement of software and/or IT services.
- Strong ability to demonstrate relevant experience clearly through the CV.
Technical skills.
- Solid background in IT legal advisory.
- Experience in sourcing and contract management.
- Knowledge of procurement processes in a public-sector context.
- Experience with software and IT services-related assignments.
Practical information.
- Languages required: fluent English, Dutch, and French. Dutch or French should be at C1 level, with the other languages at least B2 level.
