A legal consultancy firm is growing and is looking for one or two independent legal professionals to collaborate on an assignment basis. The firm specializes in legal services for entrepreneurs, with a strong focus on employment law, flexible labor, the DBA Act, and the Wtta. They are seeking legally strong, entrepreneurial professionals who can independently execute assignments and are interested in further specializing in these areas.
A solid legal foundation, accuracy, and a willingness to develop knowledge are important.
What you do
Depending on your knowledge and experience, assignments may be offered in the following areas:
- Employment law and flexible employment relationships.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Legal issues surrounding the DBA Act.
- Wtta processes and legal compliance.
- Settlement agreements (VSO's).
- Legal research, analyses, and advice.
The nature, scope, remuneration, and delivery agreements are determined per assignment.
What they ask We are looking to connect with independent legal professionals who:
- Have a completed HBO or university degree in Law.
- Possess a strong legal foundation.
- Can independently and meticulously execute legal assignments.
- Communicate clearly and have strong analytical skills.
- Have an affinity with employment law, corporate law, or flexible labor.
- Are interested in further legal specialization.
- Offer legal services through their own company.
Experience with the DBA Act and Wtta is a plus, but not a requirement.
