What you do

Every day in a care institution is special, and no two days are the same. As a caregiver, you work with your colleagues to ensure that all residents receive the care they are entitled to and feel at home. The gratitude of the residents and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team energize you.

  • You assist residents with their personal hygiene and comfort.
  • You pay attention to the general well-being of residents by listening to them and giving them the necessary attention. You do everything to ensure they have a pleasant time.
  • You register completed tasks and points of attention in the electronic care file and share your findings with colleagues and your supervisor.

Profile

  • You are flexible and work in different shifts (morning, evening, and occasionally a night) and in a rotating system of one weekend out of two and public holidays.

Practical

  • A gross salary according to IFIC 11. Relevant work experience is considered for your seniority.
  • An attractive package of extra-legal benefits including meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance from day 1, eco-vouchers, group insurance, and a smartphone with a mobile subscription.
  • For commuting, a bicycle allowance of €0.27/km or reimbursement of public transport (100% bus and tram or 80% train) is provided. After 6 months of service, you can opt for a bicycle lease.

  • A warm welcome with a welcome package and onboarding days.
  • Variety and challenge with a diverse range of tasks.
