You will join the technical service team of a care organization for adults with intellectual disabilities. The role is varied and requires a motivated colleague who is eager to get hands-on and collaborate effectively.
What you will do.
- Perform various tasks to keep the organization running, focusing on the well-being of the clients.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications to buildings, furniture, and installations.
- Provide logistical support, such as loading and unloading goods and internal relocations.
- Regularly consult and report to the technical service coordinator.
- Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, clients, and other departments.
- Participate in a rotating on-call system for technical emergencies (approximately 4 weeks per year) for urgent interventions outside regular working hours.
- Work according to good craftsmanship practices and strict safety procedures.
- Correctly use necessary personal and collective protective equipment.
- Take care of the provided equipment, materials, tools, and vehicles.

- Talented in identifying and skillfully solving technical problems.
- Proactive and solution-oriented thinking, anticipating potential challenges in a timely manner.
- Work professionally and client-focused, with respect for everyone's individuality and privacy.
- Take initiative and responsibility.
- Enjoy variety in tasks: plumbing, electricity, painting, carpentry, logistical assignments.
- Be flexible and able to respond to changing situations and planning modifications.
- Able to collaborate easily with colleagues, but also capable of working independently.
- Willing to further develop skills and knowledge.
- Possess a B driving license for travel between locations.
- Broad technical knowledge, demonstrable through a technical diploma and/or sufficient experience.
