Internal Sales Employee

What you will do.
- You process commercial customer requests and thus support your colleagues in the sales department.
- You keep customer data and product sheets up-to-date in the system.
- You accurately follow up on incoming orders and process them correctly in the ERP system.
- You check whether orders are complete and conform to agreements before they are started.
- You gather the necessary information to create new articles and collaborate with external sales and customers for this purpose.
- You maintain contact with various departments (production, transport, accounting...) to ensure smooth order processing.
- You are the first point of contact for customers: you answer questions and handle remarks, compliments, and complaints with care.
- You prepare samples, check them, and ensure correct shipment.
Profile
- You are social and easily build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- You can switch between different projects without losing sight of details.
- You communicate clearly and proactively.
- You have a commercial mindset and strong administrative skills.
- You enjoy working in a team, but also take initiative independently.
- You are problem-solving, customer-oriented, and highly organized.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You are proficient with Office programs and preferably also with ERP systems.
- Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
- In addition to Dutch, you have a good knowledge of French and English.
