- Market-conform salary (metalworking industry collective agreement) between €2,774 and €2,937 per month
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- Start via a temporary employment agency with a temporary contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract with the client
- 8% holiday allowance and 25 regular vacation days
- Remuneration, allowances, and employment conditions are the same as those for permanent employees
