This role combines entrepreneurship, management, and education. You will have a lot of responsibility and freedom to contribute to the growth of students and a branch. You are ultimately responsible for the success of a branch of an educational organization. You ensure that students receive the guidance that helps them learn more effectively, develop self-confidence, and achieve better results. You run the branch as an entrepreneur within the organization.
What you do
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of student supervisors
- Conducting intake, evaluation, and advisory discussions with students and parents
- Organizing schedules, administration, and action plans
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and other stakeholders
- Actively participating in the daily practice at the branch and supporting students during homework assistance
- Realizing growth, quality, and results within your branch
Profile
You are energized by combining education, management, and entrepreneurship. You are independent, decisive, and feel responsible for the success of your branch. You know how to maintain an overview, identify opportunities, and build relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleagues. You understand that quality, commitment, and results go hand in hand. Experience in a leadership, coordinating, or entrepreneurial role is a plus.
