The project manager is integrally responsible for the preparation, call-off from the framework agreement, and/or realization phase of projects within a government organization. A complete handover to the object manager is included. Experience with the organization of a government institution, electrical engineering, charging stations, and grid congestion is essential for implementation projects at specific locations.
The project manager makes agreements on the deployment of experts and collaborates with colleagues from other departments. The quality of execution, project progress, planning, costs, and exchange of project information are monitored. You handle project administration and organize a correct and complete handover. You actively contribute to improving and standardizing work processes, procedures, and applications, utilizing Lean Methodologies.

Profile
You act as the primary internal point of contact for other departments or directorates, as well as for clients, users, and municipalities. You are accountable to the program manager regarding the execution and elaboration of the projects. Your activities are partly in the office, partly from home, and partly on-site for guidance and client contacts.

- Experience (gained in the past 5 years within project management) with utility construction (not sheds, factory halls, or residential construction, but construction with spaces that must meet special climate requirements)
- Ensuring the continuity of critical business processes
- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2012 or the ARW 2012 and its application in a tender

- Experience with electrical installations

- Experience as a project manager in executing projects

- Experience with mono- and multidisciplinary projects, with a financial volume exceeding €1.5 million
- Experience with construction and renovation projects from the initiation, design to the realization phase
- Experience in realizing a project environment where scope, client requirements, and the interaction between users, team members, and all stakeholders are aligned from the start
