You will join a warm, close-knit, and multicultural team within a nursing and rehabilitation home. There is ample room for personal and professional development.
What you will do.
- As a Caregiver IG, you will work in a small-scale PG department for 12 residents across 2 homes.
- You will support residents in their daily care.
- You will draw up and follow the support plan in collaboration with residents, their relatives, the care team, and the treatment team.
- This includes daily care, medication intake, and nursing technical procedures.
- You will have a specific area of focus, for example, hygiene or medication.
- With an EVV diploma, you will act as the First Responsible Caregiver and be the trusted point of contact for residents, their relatives, and your colleagues.
- You will have the opportunity to continuously develop yourself through training courses such as 'Dealing with aggression', 'Dealing with dementia', or the 'Bystander' training.
Profile
- You are tolerant and open to different opinions and cultures.
- You have a care diploma, specifically Caregiver IG (mbo-3).
- An EVV diploma is a plus; it can also be obtained through the organization.
- You speak and write Dutch well.
- You reside in the Netherlands.
