ERP & Data Specialist

For a family business in building materials, a data processing specialist is sought to optimize processes. You will be responsible for the daily, correct processing of article, supplier, and price data and contribute to improving the associated processes.

What you will do.

• Manage article, supplier, and price data and ensure correct daily processing.
• Process supplier price lists, compare price changes, and detect discrepancies before data enters the ERP system.
• Map data flows and improve their processing, from delivery by suppliers to use in the ERP system.
• Analyze how purchasing, orders, and invoice control can better align with data and where digitalization or automation can help.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards, for example with Power BI or another suitable tool, for reliable figures.
• Investigate possibilities of the ERP system with an external partner and follow up on improvements.

What they ask

• Experience with data processing within or around an ERP system.
• Proficient in Excel and larger files, with an eye for data quality.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
• Insight into the connections between purchasing, inventory, sales, and invoicing.
• Clear communication with colleagues and an external ERP partner.
• Openness to automation and new tools.

Preferences.

• Knowledge of the specific ERP system is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Experience in building materials, technical trade, distribution, or production.
