- The Medical Psychology and Psychotherapy section, part of the Psychiatry department, consists of approximately 20 behavioral scientists.
- The section collaborates closely with partners both within and outside the organization.
What you will do.
- Contribute daily to the development of future healthcare professionals.
- Provide small-scale education, primarily to medical students.
- Deliver lessons on professional identity formation, communication, and collaboration.
- Guide bachelor's and master's students in their professional and personal development.
- Potentially develop new educational content through the development of a new curriculum for bachelor's and master's programs.
- Actively contribute to educational innovation within the Medicine program.
Profile
- Enthusiastic behavioral scientist who enjoys transferring knowledge and experience to students.
- Gets energy from guiding and inspiring students.
- Clear communication.
- Flexible and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Takes responsibility.
- Good organizational skills.
- Possess the Basic Teaching Qualification (BKO) or be willing to obtain it.
Practical
- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- A collective labor agreement salary increase of 3.5% as of May 2027.
- A 13th month paid out in November.
- A pension insurance with ABP, with 70% of the premium paid.
- Access to an in-house gym and bicycle repair shop.
