For a leading international company active in the dental industry, a motivated Inside Sales Representative is sought.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dentists.
- Proactively contact dentists and prospects by phone.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Accurately register and follow up customer information in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports and analyze sales performance.
- Work with dashboards and Excel to track commercial results.
- Collaborate closely with the existing field sales team.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences.
- Initial experience in healthcare, life sciences, or sales.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, good English.
- Strong communication and telephone selling skills.
- Analytical, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
