Profile

- Extensive experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar technical leadership role.
- Experience within the food industry and a good knowledge of IFS, BRC, and HACCP.
- A proven track record in guiding change processes and building support.
- Strong experience with CMMS systems and a data-driven approach.
- A hands-on mentality: you are visible on the shop floor and know what is happening.
- An analytical perspective that allows you to convert problems into structural improvements.
