Due to the illness of the current team leader, a government organization is urgently seeking an experienced leader for a team within the Wmo B Research domain. As a team leader, you will be part of the management within the bureau and involved in the broader development of the Income, Care, and Learning Rights (IZ&L) department. The bureau consists of approximately 100 employees and works together to support residents in the areas of Wmo and Learning Rights.
The Wmo B Research team collaborates closely with other research teams and the Wmo & Youth Act Support team. Consultants investigate, through home visits, telephone inquiries, and file research, whether a customized provision is needed. The Wmo B Research team is responsible for the implementation of the Wmo in the areas of household help, aids, housing adaptations, and transport facilities, and consists of approximately 15 employees.
You will work in a professional environment with short lines, where content, execution, and development are closely linked.
What you do
- Lead the Wmo B Research team
- Responsible for daily management, personnel development, quality, and results of the team
- Manage capacity, quality, quantity
- Keep the team's finances in control
- Ensure a good translation of policy and organizational developments into implementation
- Identify the consequences of policy for the team's work
- Provide feedback from implementation to policy
- Work closely with other team leaders and the strategic manager within the bureau
What they ask
- Demonstrable HBO/WO work and thinking level through education and/or work experience
- Minimum 3 years of recent work experience in a leadership role
- Minimum 2 years of recent work experience in a leadership role at a government or government-affiliated organization
Preferences.
- Demonstrable municipal experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrable experience as a professional with Wmo implementation
