What you do
- Ensure optimal personnel planning, so that the client can move forward and employees know where they stand
- Guide flexible employees from their first workday and remain involved throughout their entire career
- Be the first point of contact for employees, team leaders, and clients for HR-related questions
- Conduct meaningful conversations and help employees grow in their role and development
- Recruit and select new employees and conduct job interviews to connect the right talent to the right place

What they ask
- An MBO 4 diploma, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or a comparable education
- Experience in conducting conversations with team leaders, employees, or other stakeholders
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
- The ability to maintain calm and overview in a dynamic work environment where no day is the same
- A B driving license and personal transport to travel flexibly between various locations
