This position involves a role within a protected living facility where 18 clients reside. Clients face psychiatric issues, with alcohol and addiction problems potentially being prominent. The guidance focuses on stabilization and exploring possibilities for increasing self-reliance.
What you do
- Observe clients and signal changing behavior to act promptly and accurately
- Guide clients in their recovery process, including drafting recovery plans using the SMART method
- Evaluate set goals with the client and their relatives, at least once every six months
- Work according to the IRB methodology and register and report findings in the Electronic Patient Record (EPR)
- Conduct a personal counselor interview with assigned clients at least once a week
