You will work with diverse support questions, a varied target group, and situations where proximity and clear boundaries are important.
What you do
- Guide clients within walk-in and day activities
- Support clients in their recovery process and daily structure
- Maintain calm, safety, and group dynamics
- Signal changes in behavior or well-being
- Stimulate independence, development
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a professional and recovery-oriented environment
- Be visible in the group, make contact, and be clear when necessary
What they ask We are looking for someone who can act firmly and professionally, functions well within group dynamics, and can set clear boundaries without losing connection. You enjoy working in a small and committed team but also seek collaboration with other locations. You are practical, recovery-oriented, and can work methodically. Additionally:
- You have a relevant MBO-4 education
- You have experience in mental healthcare (GGZ), welfare, or group guidance
- You know how to combine proximity with professional distance
- You can carefully handle reporting, file creation, and basic care administration
Experiential expertise can be valuable, but for this position, we explicitly seek a strong professional foundation and guidance skills. To be eligible for this position, a positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required. Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the application procedure.
