A cultural organization is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Communication Officer to help build the connection between projects, working methods, and the audience. The role involves safeguarding the common thread in communication and contributing to the dynamics and stories of socio-artistic projects.
What you do
As a permanent team member:
- Management of social media channels
- Writing and sending newsletters
- Website maintenance
- Developing communication plans
- Monitoring corporate identity and tone of voice
- Identifying opportunities for visibility
During projects (two to three times a year):
- Developing communication plans for projects
- Maintaining contact with external professionals (designers, photographers, etc.)
- Management of social media, website, and newsletters for projects
- Coordination of print materials and promotional items
- Drafting press releases and maintaining press contacts
- Coordination of ticket sales and public information
- Handling all project-related communication
Profile
- Independent and creative
- Affinity with theater, art, and socio-cultural projects
- Easily switches between strategy and execution
- Fluent writing style and a good sense of tone of voice
- Takes ownership and feels at home in a small, collaborative organization
- At least one year of experience as a marketing communication officer or content creator
