Temporary support in the field of quality assurance and information management for a government organization.
- The assignment focuses on further developing, implementing, and securing the quality system within information management.
- Knowledge of a specific information system (i-Navigator) is important.
What you will do.
- Perform quality controls.
- Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete improvement proposals and actions.
- Support and advise the organization on case-oriented work.
- Guide work processes that contribute to correct recording, archiving, and accessibility of information.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of a specific information system.
- Support mail intake.
- Ensure correct processing and forwarding of incoming information in accordance with applicable agreements and legal frameworks.
Profile
- Strong communication skills and able to involve colleagues at various levels in changes and improvements within information management and case-oriented work.
- Accurate, digitally skilled, and an eye for quality and detail.
- Strong analytical ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- A connector who seeks collaboration and supports colleagues in improving and securing working methods.
What they ask
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) educational level in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of a specific information system (i-Navigator), experience with it is a clear advantage.
- Experience within a municipal or government context is a plus.
- The candidate must be employed by the intermediary agency and not work as a freelancer.
- Agree to the specified secondment conditions.
