Broadcast Engineer TV Studios

• Develop, implement, and maintain modern television and virtual studio environments.
• Manage broadcast equipment, including cameras, graphic systems, and video infrastructure.
• Implement and optimize IP-based and software-driven broadcast solutions.
• Design, test, and implement new media workflows and production systems.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues during live broadcasts.
• Ensure the continuity of production environments through monitoring and fallback systems.
• Support the installation, validation, and commissioning of new media systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Participate in technical on-call duties when necessary.

Your profile.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in audiovisual technology, IT, or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the media sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing or coordinating technical environments.
• Demonstrable experience within broadcast environments or audiovisual technology.
• Strong knowledge of modern broadcast and IT technology, including studio technology, control systems, and video infrastructure.
• Experience with AV-over-IP and Dante; knowledge of SMPTE ST 2110 is a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing media workflows, monitoring, and fallback systems.
• Affinity with virtual studios, augmented reality (AR), and media graphics.
• Interest in virtualization, data centers, and cloud technology.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving thinking, and stress resistance.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch (preferably C2 level).
