Stakeholder Manager

• Coordinate all activities aimed at informing, involving, and aligning with the environment.
• Develop communication strategies.
• Organize meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks.
• Identify and manage relationships with stakeholders, including residents, businesses, contractors, and government agencies.
• Organize discussions and keep track of agreements.
• Ensure transparent communication.
• Proactively identify, document, and resolve issues that may arise during area development, such as conflicts between stakeholders or unexpected risks.
• Establish and monitor a framework ensuring accessibility, liveability, safety, and communication are guaranteed during the project.
• Inventory, application, and securing of necessary permits and approvals.
• Ensure an up-to-date overview of all necessary permits and securing of procedures to comply with laws and regulations.
• Ensure a structured and up-to-date overview of all involved stakeholders, including communication history and agreements made.
• Provide an overview of all current issues, their status, and proposed solutions.
• Draft a policy document containing guidelines and agreements to minimize nuisance and guarantee safety during development.
• Develop a plan describing how communication and participation with the environment will be shaped.

What they ask

• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience as an environmental manager within the spatial domain of a government organization.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience within the spatial domain of a government organization.

Preferences.

• Minimum of 5 years demonstrable work experience in the past 7 years as an environmental manager at a government organization.
• Demonstrable work experience in the field of sewer replacement and redesign of above-ground infrastructure.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in the past 4 years with BLVC guidance in processes.
• Demonstrable completed HBO bachelor's degree in spatial planning or directly comparable.
