As a project employee, you will guide and realize projects in collaboration with the project leader of the Renovation team, colleagues from the Facility team, maintenance parties, a real estate manager, and a contracting consortium. This major renovation, referred to as 'the renewal', will involve partial renovation and renewal of a building. This project will lead to many internal shifts, inconvenience, and temporary provisions.
Realizing and coordinating these processes, while ensuring that the building's occupants continue to be served, is an important task. Additionally, you will primarily focus on relocation projects and managing contractors through the real estate manager.
What you will do.
- Drawing up and implementing (technical) facility project plans in consultation with the team chairman and project leader;
- Identifying and coordinating issues arising between the project organization and the standing facility team;
- Identifying risks and discussing them in a timely manner with the project leader;
- Drawing up and monitoring schedules and action lists, budgets, scope, and adjusting quality where necessary;
- Independently coordinating and realizing facility and housing projects.

Profile
- Completed relevant HBO/WO education (e.g., Civil Engineering or Facility Management);
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in coordinating projects in the facility area, particularly maintenance work, relocations, and housing projects;
- Demonstrable professional knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
- Preferably, experience gained with a real estate manager as an external stakeholder/party;
- Experience with methodologies such as PRINCE2, IPM, or Projectmatig creëren is a plus;
- Excellent command of Dutch.
