As a technical application administrator at a national knowledge and data center, you ensure that measurement data is quickly and reliably available to users. You will work on systems that are of great importance 24 hours a day.
What you do
As a technical application administrator, you ensure that the measurement network applications of a government organization continue to function properly. These applications process and display measurement data used by, among others, the weather room, air traffic control, safety regions, water authorities, a national water manager, scientists, and businesses. You manage, configure, and improve the applications that make this data available.
In doing so, you constantly look at how processes can be set up smarter, simpler, and better. You also help resolve malfunctions, improve existing systems, and implement new functionalities. Your work has a direct impact, as the systems must be available day and night for, among other things, aviation. Additionally, you contribute to data provisions for, among others, weather radars and satellite data.

- You collaborate with colleagues on the further development of data and software products.
