As an HR consultant, you are the fixed point of contact for flexible employees at a logistics client. You are regularly present on the logistics work floor, answer questions, and assist new employees during their first workday. Conversations are conducted in both Dutch and English due to the diverse nationalities of employees.
What you will do.
- Guide and support flexible employees
- Prepare and maintain personnel planning
- Process contracts, personnel changes, and sick leave notifications
- Answer HR-related questions
- Plan interviews and guide onboarding
- Maintain contact with flexible employees and team leaders
- Provide tours for potential new employees
- Respond quickly to illness, busy periods, and planning changes
- Ensure proper administration and personnel planning
- Keep personnel files up-to-date
- Support with HR-related questions
- Prepare weekly basic planning and process daily changes
- React quickly to unexpected peak moments to ensure sufficient staff
Profile
You are social, accurate, and maintain an overview when multiple things are happening simultaneously. You easily approach people and enjoy being present both in the office and on the work floor.

- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
