What you do
- You analyze customer billing inquiries (connection and relocation requests, changes in energy market conditions) through various channels.
- You consult IT systems and have telephone and written contact with customers.
- You seek input from colleagues and experts.
- You provide a qualitative and appropriate solution for customers and accurately record it in the systems.
- You communicate the solution to the various parties (customers, network operator, experts).
- You work in a dynamic and diverse team, actively participate in team meetings, and propose ideas to improve working methods and customer contacts.
