Profile
Within a government organization, the Appeals and Objections directorate is the department where clients can turn if they disagree with a decision made. When a client objects or appeals, the previously made decision is re-evaluated by looking at the client's situation again. The ultimate goal is to provide clarity to clients and ensure they receive what they are entitled to, with a solution where the client feels seen, heard, and helped.
Approximately 1,300 employees work in this department across the Netherlands in multidisciplinary teams on (complex) objection and appeal procedures.
