A government organization is looking for an HRM Experience Specialist who can connect data, research, and human experience. The organization has a solid foundation with datasets, KPIs, and reports. The next step is to truly put the candidate at the center.
What you will do.
- You lead or support experience management projects.
- You map and optimize candidate and hiring manager journeys.
- You analyze process and experience data and extract meaningful insights from it.
- You facilitate workshops and working sessions with recruiters, management, and other stakeholders.
- You create journey maps, visualizations, and reports.
- You advise on improvements within recruitment and HR.
- You build support for a more experience-driven way of working.
Profile
- Experienced HR professional who easily switches between data, people, processes, and change.
- Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience with HR project management and change management.
- Experience with redesigning employee and/or candidate journeys.
- Experience with identifying bottlenecks and improving HR processes.
