What you do
As a continuing education assistant, you will contribute to the organization and promotion of the webinars and study days offered. You work independently and take responsibility for specific tasks, in consultation with the team.
- Contribute to the conceptualization and development of the program for webinars and study days
- Practical organization of events (logistics, communication with speakers, participants, and locations)
- Hosting of webinars and/or study days (technical support and moderation)
- Promotion of the offerings via communication channels (website, newsletter, social media)
Profile
- You are studying or have recently studied in the field of psychology, communication, or a related domain — or you have demonstrable experience in event organization or communication
- You are familiar with digital tools
- You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and communicate smoothly
- Membership of the professional association is a strong asset but not a strict requirement
- Affinity with clinical psychology and the functioning of a professional association is a plus
