Project Leader Living and Care Concepts

South HollandHybrid32 hours/weekDuration negotiable

A government organization has established an action plan for living, care, and well-being, which forms the basis for a programmatic approach and collaboration between various partners in the social domain. To realize these ambitions, new housing forms and collaboration models are needed that contribute to suitable housing for seniors, efficient deployment of personnel, prevention, and accessible care for the elderly.

Specific housing forms, such as caring neighborhoods, are being implemented. A caring neighborhood is a defined part of an existing district where elderly and vulnerable residents can continue to live independently through the district-oriented convergence of living, well-being, support, and care. Daily facilities, encounters, information, and support are thus available within walking distance. The focus is on prevention, early detection, and a strong social foundation.
