An organization is looking for a temporary communication advisor to cover maternity leave. The back office of a healthcare network supports various affiliated organizations in the fields of Finance, Personnel and Payroll Administration, HR, ICT, Process and Quality, Communication, and Privacy & Information Security.
What you do
As a communication advisor, you support various organizations within the network. You combine advisory work with creating and managing communication tools. Your tasks include:
- Writing and editing news items, articles, interviews, and web texts
- Developing and implementing communication plans
- Advising colleagues and project teams on communication approach, corporate identity, and tone of voice
- Managing and updating websites and intranet, newsletters, and social media channels
- Developing content for internal and external communication channels
- Designing communication tools, such as flyers, posters, newsletters
- Supporting organization-wide projects and changes with appropriate communication
- Monitoring corporate identity and communication quality within different organizations
- Guiding and supporting communication around change and implementation projects
- Coordinating communication around events, campaigns
- Collaborating with colleagues, suppliers, and external agencies
Profile
You are independent, creative, and quickly find your way within a dynamic organization. You easily switch between different topics and target groups.
What they ask
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in communication, media
- At least several years of experience in a communication function
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Experience with content creation and online communication
- Proficient with Canva, Microsoft 365, and web management (preferably WordPress)
- Eye for design and visual communication
- Proactive, accurate
- Affinity with healthcare and social services
