As a civilian employee at an aviation maintenance base, you contribute to peace and security through your specialization. You will work together in a team of military personnel, reservists, and other civilian employees. The advanced aircraft of this defense organization are operational day and night, in all weather conditions, both nationally and internationally. It is crucial that the aircraft are in perfect condition.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the maintenance of specific aircraft types.
- Analyze complaints.
- Repair or replace components.
- Test systems after repair.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Conduct overhauls to make aircraft operational again after a large number of flight hours.
What they ask
- Completed MBO-3 or 4 diploma in aircraft technology B1 or B2.
- Relevant work experience or internship experience within the aviation sector.
- Good oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Eye for detail and accurate work according to applicable regulations.
- Sense of responsibility and striving for the best results.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Practical
- A security screening and reference check (upon request) are part of the selection procedure.
