For a government organization, an advisor is sought to develop an up-to-date public health policy and coordinate the Supplementary Care and Welfare Agreement (AZWA). The policy translates national, regional, and local developments, including the AZWA. There is a possibility of extending the assignment due to maternity leave replacement, where the advisor will be responsible for replacing the Public Health and Education policy officer.
What you will do.
- Drafting a supported public health policy
- Ensuring a coherent approach to health issues within the organization
- Coordinating the implementation of the AZWA and representing the organization in the region
- Providing administrative and political alignment regarding the public health policy area and the AZWA
- Supporting the elaboration and implementation of agreements made in the region and ensuring they are embedded within the organization
- Delivering an integrally balanced public health policy

- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as an advisor within the social domain at a government organization
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience with (sub-)regional collaborations, illustrated with examples
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience as an advisor within the theme of health, welfare
- Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
Preferences.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the field of health, welfare, or prevention at a government organization
- Demonstrable work experience with developing policy within a government organization in the field of health, welfare
- Demonstrable work experience in continuous development in collaboration with various stakeholders at policy level
