The organization continues to grow and is looking for an experienced and driven BIV-recognized real estate agent who wants to contribute to its further growth on an independent basis. There is an existing influx of properties, projects, and requests.
What you will do.
- Independently develop your region and client portfolio
- Guide owners and prospective buyers/tenants through the entire sales/rental process
- From the initial meeting and valuation to the sale/rental and subsequent follow-up
- Actively prospect to identify opportunities and establish contacts
Profile
- BIV-recognized real estate agent
- Strong commercial and communication skills
- Independent and entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiar with prospecting and network development
- Client-oriented and professional
- Takes responsibility for their own files
- Preferably familiar with the region
- Experience is an asset, drive and commercial acumen are essential
- Required studies: Graduate (higher vocational education)
- Language skills: Dutch (Very good)
