You will assist at various residential locations in the region, work with different people with intellectual disabilities, and get to know various teams.

What you will do.
- Guide residents in their daily lives
- Stimulate independence and self-direction
- Provide structure, clarity, and a safe environment
- Support personal care and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) where necessary
- Organize activities with residents
- Signal changes in behavior, health
- Collaborate with permanent colleagues at the location
- Report important information to ensure good continuity of guidance
Profile
- Minimum MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in Care & Welfare or a relevant HBO education
- Responsible, independent
- Experience in care for people with disabilities or affinity with people with intellectual disabilities
- Enjoys working at different locations
- Available for various types of shifts
- Driving license and own transport to easily reach the locations in the region
Practical
- Can be deployed for day and evening shifts, weekend shifts, sleeping shifts, ad-hoc shifts alongside a current job, or a larger number of hours within the flexible pool.
