Program Supervisor

You will work for a government organization that accommodates and guides asylum seekers. The goal is to activate residents and support them in building their future.

What you do

  • Conduct individual interviews with residents
  • Provide tailor-made training sessions
  • Organize information meetings
  • Empower residents and encourage them to engage in active and meaningful daily activities
  • Guide residents depending on the phase of their procedure

What they ask

  • Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Legal Services, or a teaching qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or providing (individual) methodical guidance
  • Fluent communication style and ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Flexible availability between 08:00 and 22:00, including weekend shifts

Practical

  • You will work in a team with residential counselors and case managers
  • The team varies from 15 to 40 colleagues, depending on the size of the reception center
  • There is significant freedom for personal input and initiatives
  • Opportunities for personal growth and career development, including training possibilities
  • Good secondary employment conditions, including pension, vitality hours, career budget, and an individual Choice Budget of 18%
  • Annual leave of 144 hours for a full-time employment (plus 26 hours in the individual Choice Budget)
