- Act as an advisor within permit application and granting procedures based on the Environmental Act, focused on construction activities.

- Specifically review permit applications for building physics components, including:
- Energy efficiency and sustainability
- Light entry and sun protection
- Ventilation
- Health and comfort
Profile
- Advise on permit procedures for construction activities based on the Environmental Act.

- Meet the latest VTH-A quality criteria.
- Possess a HBO-level diploma.
- Agree to provide a valid VOG-(P) after award.

Preferences.
- Highest relevant education obtained: e.g., Civil Engineering or related technical fields.
- Number of years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of OpenWave and Djuma.
- Basic knowledge of legal aspects of permit granting related to Environmental Act applications.
- Extensive experience in assessing building plans for building physics components of the Building Decree 2012.
