ESG Data Scientist

A multinational organization is looking for an experienced consultant for an assignment focused on ESG data. The focus is on improving the reliability of existing data and identifying opportunities for waste reduction and improved treatment methods.

What you will do.

• Take ownership of the waste topic and improve the reliability of existing data.
• Analyze and reconcile datasets, primarily using Excel, to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Interview key stakeholders and data owners to understand data sources, processes, and challenges.
• Recommend practical improvements to data collection, data quality, and reporting.
• Identify initiatives that could reduce waste volumes and improve treatment methods.
• Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations, including clear charts and concise data analysis, for senior management and ExCo audiences.
• The focus is on strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret and challenge the data, and working with key stakeholders to develop action plans.

• Synthesize complex information and create compelling presentations for senior audiences.
• Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders and coordinating projects.
• Has a predominantly "Blue and Red" profile: analytical, structured, rigorous, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset but not a requirement.
