An internationally recognized industrial company, active in export markets, is looking for a graphic designer to reinforce its team.
- As part of a project to upgrade and harmonize its communication materials, an organization is looking for an Executive Graphic Designer for a temporary assignment.
- The mission involves updating all promotional brochures in their different linguistic versions, ensuring graphic consistency, execution quality, and adherence to deadlines.
What you will do.
- Update and adapt existing promotional brochures in several languages (EN, FR, NL, DE, ES).
- Integrate content, visual, table, technical specification, and translation modifications.
- Ensure rigorous application of the graphic charter and brand guidelines.
- Ensure the preparation of files for printing and digital distribution.
- Carry out corrections and adaptations requested by the Marketing and Product teams.
- Control the graphic, linguistic, and technical quality of documents before final validation.
- Efficiently organize and manage source files and multilingual versions.
- Assist the Graphic Designer Specialist in various tasks (creation of visuals for trade fairs, social networks, promotional campaigns, Powerpoint presentations).
Profile
- Training in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic execution.
- Excellent command of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite:
- InDesign (expert)
- Acrobat Studio – Acrobat Pro
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Experience in managing large and multilingual documents.
- Mastery of the graphic chain and file preparation for printing.
- Strong attention to detail, rigor, and autonomy.
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of professional English.
