Clinical Psychologist

• Together with a psychiatrist and a specialized nurse, you will be the lead practitioner of the team.
• You are instrumental in determining the direction of diagnosis and treatment for clients, both towards the client and towards your colleagues in the multidisciplinary team.
• You manage your own caseload and coordinate treatment with other disciplines such as (social psychiatric) nurses and peer experts.
• You work both internally and outreach, as required by the treatment.
• You make an active contribution to the team climate and the further development of the treatment offer within FACT.
• The team is committed to providing the necessary care to a vulnerable target group, where good cooperation between teams, with chain partners, and with the system around the client is very important.
• You will work within a FACT team, which stands for Flexible Assertive Community Treatment, a working method where outpatient, outreach treatment and guidance are provided as much as possible in the client's own environment.
