As a Quality & Training Specialist, you will work to ensure quality and develop training materials within an organization. You will play a crucial role in improving processes and supporting employees.
What you will do.
- Regularly evaluate and analyze advisor interactions, procedure usage, and chatbot performance.
- Serve as a liaison between FAQs, trainers, operational managers, and external partners.
- Compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to guide decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and onboardings, and define actions necessary for knowledge updates.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify training needs and develop French-Dutch materials.
What they ask
- A Master's degree relevant to the function.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Bilingual French-Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of market processes related to the energy sector is a plus.
