- Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a project leader at a government organization.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience with area-oriented, social, or regional projects involving administrative alignment and collaboration between different municipal organizations.
Wishes.
- Demonstrable work experience with projects in the field of culture, recreation, heritage, living environment, or other social challenges at a government institution.
- Demonstrable work experience with the implementation or coordination of projects funded by a regional cooperation program, subsidy program, or similar regional collaboration.
- Demonstrable work experience with subsidy processes, fundraising, sponsorship, or other forms of external financing within projects.
- Demonstrable work experience within the Province of Overijssel.
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a project leader at a government organization.
