Multidisciplinary Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete follow-up and realization of various multidisciplinary technical projects within a leading industrial environment. Annually, you manage a portfolio of approximately 10 to 15 projects, with budgets ranging from several hundred thousand euros to several million euros. You take the lead from the engineering phase through execution, integration, and delivery. You ensure that each project remains technically, financially, and organizationally under control.
You continuously coordinate with internal departments, external engineering partners, suppliers, and contractors. You report directly to the Manager of the Project Department.
What you will do.
- You manage approximately 10 to 15 multidisciplinary projects per year.
- You direct and follow up on external engineering firms, suppliers, contractors, and other involved parties.
- You draw up project plans, monitor progress, and adjust in a timely manner where necessary.
- You meticulously monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and expenditures.
- You check and evaluate technical documentation and monitor the quality of engineering deliverables.
- You ensure conformity with technical specifications, internal procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- You coordinate the various technical disciplines and ensure smooth integration within the projects.
- You communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and ensure supported decisions.
- You identify technical, financial, and organizational risks and proactively address them.
Profile
- You have a Master's degree in engineering or are equivalent through relevant experience.
- You have 8 to 15 years of experience within a technical or industrial environment.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in (multidisciplinary) project management in a SEVESO environment.
- You have good knowledge of relevant engineering codes, guidelines, and legislation, including PED and ATEX.
- You are strongly organized and communicate professionally and to the point.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Experience within refining, petrochemical, or process industry is a clear advantage.
